This information is for US domestic shipping and international shipping from USA.

Shipping Process & Delivery Times

Processing time usually takes 2 business days. Delivery times (including processing time) are based on orders and selected shipping method.

Shipping Method

For US domestic shipping, we currently support the United States Postal Service, Priority, Priority Express. In shopping cart page, you can enter your destination to get a shipping estimate. If you would like to choose other shipping methods, please contact us.

International Shipping

For international shipping, we currently support the United States Postal Service First Class International, Priority International, Priority Express International, GlobalPost Economy International (Special Discount Shipping) and GlobalPost Standard International. In shopping cart page, you can enter your destination to get a shipping estimate. If you would like to choose other shipping methods, please contact us.

*GlobalPost Economy International has similar transit times and reliability as USPS First-Class International Mail because it uses the exact same postal transportation network.
*GlobalPost Standard International has similar transit times and reliability as USPS Priority Mail International because it uses the exact same postal transportation network.

Please note that we only support certain countries which are available in Country field for Order shipping address. If you do not see your country of destinations, please contact us.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority (or methods supported by USPS). Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders ship usually Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays or online shop holidays announced within the United States.

We will try to expedite shipping process. Orders must be placed by 10am Pacific Standard Time (PST) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number. To track the order, click on URL link with the tracking number. You may also contact Customer Service at to track your order. Please be advised that the USPS system does not guarantee updated tracking until delivery.
