Placing Online Orders

How to create/update Online Order

You can order quickly and easily through our online shop.

To add items to your Shopping Cart, simply click on "Add to Cart" of the item you wish to buy.

To remove an item, click the "Remove" icon next to item in Shopping Cart.

To change the quantity of items, change the number in the box under the "Quantity" column and click "Update."

Once you are ready to Check Out, click "Checkout" in Shopping Cart page. Please go through the Checkout steps to place your order.

About Shipping/Billing Address, Make sure to provide precise city, state, and zip code information. Remember to spell out the city to which you are shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors in this section.
In the interest of providing the safest online shipping experience, we might require shipping and billing address to match. For credit card payment, Order billing address should be same as one for your credit card.

Cancel and Return Policy

Canceling Online Orders

You can cancel an unprocessed order at any time for any reason before the shipping is in progress and you will get a full refund.

Returns and Exchange for new and unused products

If you are not completely satisfied with our onlineshop purchase for any reason, please return it for a full refund or exchange.
You MUST contact us about your returns within 7 days of delivery and your request needs to be authorized prior to sending the items to us.
We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges/Return shipping fee/Any fees incurred on refund unless the return was a result of our error.

All items must be in new, unused condition to be approved for return. It should be in the same condition or as it is on delivery.

Also please note we can not accept E-liquids and Cartridges as well as Clearance or special discount items(All sales are final)

Returns and Exchanges due a result of our error

If we've made a mistake or your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours on delivery so that we will work with you to resolve the issue in timely manner.

Return shipping costs will be paid by us if you contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We do not incur the cost for shipping of any return for any product after a 24-hour period after you receive the order. Please verify and test the items you received.

Returns and Exchange for defects and other product issue

We honor certain period of warranty on all products except E-liquids and Cartridges and applicable parts from the date the order is marked as delivered by the courier. Please contact customer support for any warranty needs. Exchange must be authorized prior to sending items back. All products/parts covered under the warranty must be returned to us at customers expense before a replacement part will be issued.

*Return shipping fees are at customers expense.

We regret that we may be unable to exchange or refund based on warranty on products unless the defect/issues was a result of our error.

Here is the list of criteria where we won't accept exchanges of eligible items.

  • You did not contact us before returning items.
  • Warranty period is expired
  • Your claim is for E-liquids and Cartridges
  • Your claim is for Special discount items
  • Any damage/defect with our products was a result of being used with another vendor's products or caused by misuse or mishandle.
  • Claimed defects/issues are not confirmed or reproducible.

NOTE: Manufacturer can only guaranty our products work with products we sell and cannot foresee any and all potential issues that may come from using a different manufacturers item with a product we sell. The E-Cigarette market is quite fractured with Chinese factories all competing with each other for new designs, in some cases one eGo will not work with another, one drip tip will not fit another device, this is rare but does happen.

NOTE: If an item is claimed to be defective and it is returned and it works fine, we will not accept the exchange and it will be shipped back to you on your shipping cost.
 

Warranty Period

  • Our warranty policy does not cover E-liquids and Cartridges
  • Clearomizers/Cartomizers are eligible for exchange for DOA ONLY. (within 24 hours of receipt)
  • We will honor warranty policy and period if you purchase a warranty service for an item.
  • We will honor warranty period stated in product description or detail page.
  • The warranty for any item not covered above is 14 days.
    This does not include items that are physically damaged or look like they have not been taken care of. Batteries in particular can wear out if they are constantly is use and charged, batteries have a finite amount of charge ability in them. This warranty does not include cracked screens on APV's, broken tanks, cracked glass or anything that would indicate user caused damage, we do not cover missing or broken springs or internal parts and all parts must be returned.

How to Return by Mail

Mail your return via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class or Priority. You should use tracking on the return and let us know tracking number.

Please note we are not responsible for "lost" shipments coming back to us.

Reward Points

Earn Points

All you need is to sign up your account and start shopping! Please sign up your account now! There will be a number of ways you can earn Reward Points with our promotions. You can earn points based on your order amounts, by signing up a new letter or by writing a product review etc.

Please note that your reward points are granted after Order is shipped or Product review is authorized and posted

Current Reward Points rule on shopping: 5 Reward Points per $1 spend (excluding Shipping Fees).

Redeem Points

It's easy to redeem your Reward points. Go to "Shopping Cart" page and chose or enter points to redeem. You can see redeemed points get applied to shopping cart, then you just place your order.

Reward Points program Terms and Conditions

Reward Points program membership and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of E-CIGDO, J.P.Bears, LLC.

Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. The Program Terms and Conditions set forth here in supersede all prior Program Terms and Conditions.

Membership in the Reward Points Program is void if prohibited by law in the country of the Member's domicile.

* The Reward Points program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as E-CIGDO, J.P.Bears, LLC decides to terminate the Reward Points program, at any time, with or without notice. Members will have one month from the date Program termination is announced to redeem Reward points. This means that, regardless of the amount you participate in the Reward Points program, your right to accumulate points and claim Rewards can be terminated by E-CIGDO, J.P.Bears, LLC one month after E-CIGDO announces Program termination.

E-CIGDO, J.P.Bears, LLC reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, procedures, conditions, benefits, Rewards or Reward levels pertaining to the Reward Points program at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of points already accumulated. This means that E-CIGDO, J.P.Bears, LLC may make changes that affect, but are not limited to, rules for earning Reward Points, Reward redemption levels, rules and procedures for the use of Reward points, continued availability of awards, Reward types, and the features of special offers.

We really appreciate your customer review and opinions so that our customers can get the information they need to make smart buying choices, and we'd love to have your help doing that. As an customer, please submit written reviews for items your bought from us.

Tips on writing a great review

  • Include the "why": The best reviews include not only whether you liked or disliked a product, but also why. Feel free to talk about related products and how this item compares to them.
  • Be specific: Your review should focus on specific features of the product and your experience with it.
  • Not too short, not too long: Written reviews must be at least 20 words and are limited to 1,000 words. The ideal length is 75 to 500 words.
  • Be sincere: We welcome your honest opinion about the product--positive or negative. We do not remove reviews because they are critical. We believe all helpful information can inform our customers’ buying decisions.
  • Full disclosure: If you received a free product in exchange for your review, please clearly and conspicuously disclose that that you received the product free of charge.

What's not allowed

While we appreciate your time and comments, we limit customer participation to one review per product and reserve the right to remove reviews that include any of the following:

Objectionable material:

  • Obscene or distasteful content
  • Profanity or spiteful remarks
  • Promotion of illegal or immoral conduct

Promotional content:

  • Advertisements, promotional material or repeated posts that make the same point excessively
  • Sentiments by or on behalf of a person or company with a financial interest in the product or a directly competing product (including reviews by publishers, manufacturers, or third-party merchants selling the product)
  • Reviews written for any form of compensation other than a free copy of the product. This includes reviews that are a part of a paid publicity package
  • Solicitations for helpful votes

Inappropriate content:

  • Other people's material (this includes excessive quoting)
  • Phone numbers, postal mailing addresses, and URLs external to our web site
  • Comments on other reviews visible on the page (because page visibility is subject to change without notice)

Off-topic information:

  • Feedback on the seller, your shipment experience or the packaging (you can do that in Contact page)
  • Details about availability or alternative ordering and shipping information
  • Customer reviews should be relevant to the product in question. If you have questions about the product or opinions that do not fit the review format, please feel free to contact us.
  • Feedback about typos or inaccuracies in our catalog or product description (instead, use the feedback form in Contact page).
